Syllabus

Beginners Tai Chi & Qi Gong 10 week Intro. course.

 1. Basic postures and Opening the channels:- postures and moves to aid movement of Qi (energy) through the body.

2. Shi Ba Shi or 18 movement Tai Chi QiGong. A series of movements that contain the principles ot Tai Chi and Qi Gong. They are easy to learn and can be performed to music, CD's available.

3. The first section of the Cheng Man Ching Tai Chi form. This is a form that takes 3 terms of 10 weeks to complete. It is the world's most practiced form.

4. Qi Gong standing and moving forms. Forms of meditation with many benefits.
