TESTIMONIALS

The course is excellent for beginners or, like me, someone with some previous tai chi experience The instructor manages to strike a balance between demonstrating the moves, understanding areas of difficulty for beginners and keeping the class light hearted and fun. I felt the benefits if San Bao Tai Chi within a matter of weeks- now I am hooked!    Carolyn Oliver

Exactly what I hoped for! Instructors clearly knowledgable beyond the techniques being taught.  relaxed, informal atmosphere but purposeful and focussed learning experience. I attended every session- even those cold, wet winter nights, and cannot wait to progress and learn more. My wife comments on how serene and happy I am when I return. Thank you.    Paul Hukins.

I realy enjoyed the first ten week of the Tai Chi course and I am looking forward to continuing. Since starting the course I have certainly noticed physical benefits- I'm much more supple and don't seem to tense up so easily. I'm not the best person in the world at relaxing- so even if its just for a few hours during a busy week Tai Chi has helped me to slow the pace which helps keep things in perspective and recharge the batteries. The teaching style and course content have kept it simple but challenging enough to maintain my enthusiasm- enought to enroll me for the next ten weeks and turn out on some horrible winter nights! Well done on running a great course- suitable for everyone.        Kirsty Brooks

I used to do Tai Chi Many years ago but had to give up due to crippling arthritis. Due to a total change in my diet and amazing success with acupuncture and Bowen Therapy I have been able to turn my life around. Ten years later and I am back doing Tai Chi again and loving every aspect of it. I find that Tai Chi helps combat many of the effects that arthritis has on  my joints. While I know it is not a miracle cure it certainly helps my body to cope with the disease and the pain that occurs due to it. Tai Chi has quite literally given me a new lease of life.             Dee Boyle

I began Tai Chi with San Bao in 2000. I have a stressfull and challenging job; I exercise very little; I don't look after myself particularily well physically or mentally. I needed something which helped me to relax, exercise and look after myself. Five years on, I still have all of the above challenges of overwork and under self-care but i have the oasis of Tuesday evenings when for one to two hours a week I do look after myself; I do relax and I do learn things which have changed my outlook. My G.P. asked whether I did any exercise; I told him about Tai Chi and how I felt after each class. His response was "Do more of it"                     Howard Lovelady
